Eco-Innovative Technologies For Improved Nutrition, Sustainable Production And Marketing Of Agroecological Food Products In Africa (INNOECOFOOD); This project will create ECOHUBs and improve aquaculture farms in six African countries using AI and IoT. INNOECOFOOD will train rural farmers, youth, and women to produce marketable food and feed products from fish, spirulina, and insects, aligning with the AU/European Green Deal through sustainable practices and renewable energy.
