Brief Profile
I am a Principal Research Scientist married to Rev. Joseph Oduro-Yeboah and blessed with three children. I pursued my doctoral degree in food science at the University of Ghana/ CIRAD, Montpellier-France (2011-2015), Master of philosophy, Food Science, University of Ghana, Legon. (2002-2005) and Bachelor of Science, Biochemistry, and nutrition (1992-1996). I have worked in CSIR-Food research Institute for the past twenty-one (21) years and risen from the rank of Assistant Research Grade to my current grade. I served as the head of division of Food Technology Research Division (2016-2018). I am currently the head of the food product development laboratory 1 of the Food Technology Research Division.
